Step-1 : Visit https://bhulekh.ori.nic.in.The following page will appear.

Step-2 : Click on the link Tahasil Info.You will land on the home page of Tahasil portal.

Step-3 : Select the name of the District and Tahasil.

Step-4 : Click on "Navigation " button.

Step-5 : Click on "Case Status" tab.Then select the type of case as Mutation.

Step-6: Select the case from the following two options.If it is a registered document,then select Search by Sale Deed Number.If you have mutation case number ,then select Search by Case Number.

Step-7 : Enter the case number and get the status on your screen.
