What is Bhulekh portal ?

 (i) What is Bhulekh Odisha ?

                         Bhulekh Odisha is the land records web portal of Odisha. It is the one-stop solution for online land records in Odisha. It can also be called the land records depository of Odisha. A few years back, the land records of Odisha were available in offline format only. The citizen had to visit the local Tahasil office or the office of the local Revenue Inspector to know the details of any land.

Further, it was restricted to the local jurisdiction only i.e. the local revenue offices could provide the information on any land under their jurisdiction only. Information about other Tahasils could not be accessed. With the improvement of information technology, a paradigm shift in land Records has been adopted. Now the land records are available at the click of a mouse through the bhulekh Odisha portal.

(ii)    How can I check my RoR in Bhulekh Odisha ?

                          RoR can be checked in Bhulekh Odisha portal in three(3) ways.

• By  Khatiyan Number
• By Plot Number
• By Tenant's Name                                                                                                                           

Let us discuss one by one. 

(A) Know your land details by Khatiyan Number

• Step-1:  Log in https://bhulekh.ori.nic.in
• Step-2:  The following Page will appear. 
  

• Step-3: Come to select location for RoR.Enter the name of your District, Tahasil and the village.
• Step-4:  Select khatiyan Number.Then select the number of your Patta(khatiyan) from the dropdown menu. All the khatiyans of  the village are available in the dropdown. If you do not know your khatiyan number, then verify the hard copy of our Patta. There is a field named "Khatiyanara Kramika Number" on the left-hand top corner of the patta. The serial number mentioned here is your Khatiyan Number.
• Step-5:  After entering the khatiyan number, click on View RoR tab. Your RoR will be on the screen.

(B) Know your land details by Plot Number.

• Step-1:  Log in https://bhulekh.ori.nic.in
• Step-2:  Come to select location for RoR.Select the name of the District,Tahasil and village from the dropdown menu. Then highlight  Plot. Select the plot number from the dropdown menu. All the plots of the village will be available. Select the number of your plot and click on View RoR tab. You will see your RoR. If you do not know the number of your plot,then go to the reverse of your Patta, your plot number is available on the left side.

             (C)  Know your land details by the name of the Tenant.

• Step-1  :  Log in https://bhulekh.ori.nic.in
• Step-2  : Come to select location for RoR.Select the name of the District,Tahasil and village from the dropdown menu. Then highlight Tenant. Select Tenant Name from the dropdown menu. The names of all the landowners of the concerned village are available.  Click on View RoR tab. You will get your RoR. If you want to know the name of the tenant,then it is available on the first page of the Patta.It is noted against Prajarara Nama in Column - 2 or in Column-3 in some cases.
